FAKE VACATION. We all have our dream vacation. However, vacations are expensive! Well, with Photoshop you can make your dream vacation a reality!

ASSIGNMENT
You will be using Photoshop masking techniques to create your dream vacation photo. This is a "fake" photo consisting of a background image and a separate portrait image of you placed over the background.

First find the background photo of your dream vacation destination.

Then shoot a portrait photo of yourself that matches the point of view and lighting of background photo.

Finally, mask yourself into the background photo. Don't forget to add shadows where appropriate.

Tips:

• Find your background photo first (use the large image search tools in Google)
• Consider how to pose yourself in the photo and then have someone take your portrait
• Pay attention to the lighting of the background photo and try to mimic it with your portrait
• Make sure the point of view in both photos is consistent

• Demonstrate an understanding of point of view and lighting in photography
