Rule of thirds
This is rule of thirds because the focus point of the picture in not in the center of the photo.

Lines
I would consider this to be, "Leading lines," because the lines are all over. But the the way the students have gazed off through the window gives an idea that something important has happened below. 

Balance
There is an equal amount of the black and white. You can also see the eye contact between two of the subjects which has drawn the attention of everyone else.
